From our history, many others.

The WTB Group was founded by Welton Tadeu De Bortoli in 1999 in Ribeirão, São

Paulo, Brazil and has been operating in areas of urban development in an integrated

or independent manner, with a great mission: to create smart urban solutions. We are

experts at identifying opportunities for the development of large urban projects,

especially those that are innovative, sustainable and of high value in various

segments of the real estate market. We go far beyond simply launching a project from

paper. We identify areas with high potential, seeking creative and innovative solutions

for the viability of distinctive and high-value-added projects. Over more than 2

decades, we have created several developments, proving our execution capability, in

projects carried out by the WTB Group or with major partners.
