Reserva do Ipê Residential, a high-end residential project in Vila do Golfe, Ribeirão Preto, has seen immense success

with over 60% of its lots sold in less than a week. This project, a partnership between Vila do Ipê Empreendimentos and

the WTB Group, offers a unique opportunity for those seeking upscale living in a smart neighborhood with

comprehensive infrastructure, including urbanization, landscaping, and easy access to amenities such as schools,

supermarkets, fitness centers, and more.

Residential lots vary from 540m² to 728m², nestled between the Santa Teresa Forest and the Ipê Golf Club golf course,

amidst over 100,000 trees. Caio Whitaker, partner at Vila do Ipê Enterprises, highlights the significant role nature plays

in the project, noting that the development will incorporate almost 45,000 square meters of vegetation.

The project's name pays homage to the adjacent State Environmental Reserve, underlining its commitment to

environmental preservation. Silvio Contart, a partner at Vila do Ipê Enterprises, adds that the developers will create and

maintain a grove with native plants surrounding the Santa Teresa Forest. Further enhancing the project's green

to established standards.
